Well everything has finally caught up to me. I'm going to take a week off from the photoblog to get everything straightened out.
I got my computer back on Wednesday at noon which is amazing since I shipped it on Monday afternoon at five. It went from Texas to Kansas, got a new hard drive and was back in my hands in less than 48 hours. If you ever need any upgrades or repairs to your Macintosh, iPod or iPhone I can not recommend iResQ highly enough.
Now with a computer that has a much larger hard drive I can finally start working on my Chicago photos, but first I have some photo odds and ends that I want to clean up. Problem is I just haven't had time since I got my computer back to work on them. Tomorrow I start back to my day job. Yes, school year 2009-2010 will soon be underway. This week I set my own work hours. It is a good way to ease back into teaching and I hope to set up a good after work routine which will of course include lots of photo editing.
Next week I anticipate I will show you a look at some of the odds and ends that I will be working on and after that hopefully some Chicago photos should finally roll. I'm going to spread them out otherwise they would take over the blog for months, but I am looking forward to getting them processed and ready for viewing.
