Clouds Reflected | Friday Jan 21, 2011
You can always tell when work is sucking up all my time because posting here goes out the window. I had extremely late hours in the fall and I swore the spring would be different. I really think it will be different, but it takes a few late nights here at the beginning to get things underway. I can't work on the stuff I need to work on during the school day because we are are working on solos and fundraisers and all kinds of other stuff so it has to be reserved for after school (which really only starts after after school practice). Anyway I finally had a chance to scan some film last night.
This is from a new to me camera the Olympus Infinity. That is one fun thing about film cameras. You can buy new ones up without breaking the bank. I bought this one for $45 and a few weeks later I bought an Olympus XA2 for $20. I'm actually more excited about the XA2 and that will be my next roll of film. I made a lot of mistakes on this roll, but I'll eventually get the hang of it. That's another fun thing about film cameras. They all have a different personality and look to their photographs.
